Consumer Return Policy:

Most items may be returned within 30 days from the date of sale for a refund of the full product purchase price. Items must be unused, in like-new condition and in their original packaging. We suggest that when you receive your product, try it on inside your house to see if it fits properly. If it is not the correct fit, place the product back in it original packaging and return for a size exchange.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Product returned more than 30 days after date of sale,
• Product that has been used, dirty or soiled

Final determination of whether a product is in unused, resalable condition is at the sole discretion of Orthozone.
